As a licensed professional counselor, I have years of experience helping clients work through a variety of challenges. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop the skills and insights you need to live a more fulfilling life.

EXPERIENCE

Over the years, I have worked with clients from all walks of life, helping them navigate difficult situations and find their way towards greater happiness and well-being. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other challenge, I am here to help.

EDUCATION

I hold a master's degree in counseling, and I am a licensed counselor in the state of Georgia. In addition, I have completed specialized training in a number of areas, including trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy.

SPECIALTIES

My areas of expertise include working with adults, children, and adolescents, as well as couples and families. I have particular experience in helping clients with relationship issues, stress and trauma, anxiety disorders, and addiction.
